FAQ Payment and Delivery

How do I order for different babies in one order?
First select all the items for one baby and personalise it as you wish. Then you can do the same for the next baby. Different gift boxes will be used for different baby names and personalised for you.

How long does it take to receive my products?
For Economy orders, delivery will be within 3 to 5 working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
For Priority orders before 10:00 a.m., delivery is the next working day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
For Priority orders after 10:00 a.m., delivery will be made within 2 working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
For Mond Express orders before 12:00, delivery is the next working day; includes Saturday delivery, excludes Sunday and public holidays.
Europe 4 to 8 working days, World 10 to 14 working days.

If you collect the products yourself, they can be collected 2 hours after ordering during normal office hours 09:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 -16:00. If you order after 15:00h, the delivery can be collected the following working day from 9:00h. Address for collection: Love Kids / Hugin GmbH / Soodstrasse 57 - 8134 Adliswil (3rd floor). A collection invitation will be sent by email.

All orders are shipped with Swiss Post. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package.

Switzerland Priority CHF 12 per delivery (Free shipping from CHF 90)

International shipping Western Europe: CHF 39 per delivery (exception: nappy cakes CHF 59 per delivery)

How can I pay?
The security of your payment is our highest priority. That is why we have selected the following secure payment options for you:

The invoice must be paid no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. If the payment deadline is not met, Hugin GmbH allows itself to charge Petite Année a reminder fee of CHF 10 with the 2nd reminder and a reminder fee of CHF 20 with the 3rd reminder.

(New customers can only order on account up to an amount of CHF 75.-).

Our prices include Swiss VAT.

Will I receive a confirmation email?
All orders must be processed through our website and the process must be completed through checkout. Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email. If products you have ordered are not available or there are other problems with your order, we will inform you by email.

Can I exchange or return the goods if I make a mistake?
We will always do our best to satisfy our customers. However, due to the personalisation of our products, we cannot allow returns if the customer changes their mind or has misspelled names or text when placing their order. Please check the spelling of the names or texts you want to put on our products before you complete your order!

What should I do if my product has a defect?
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and every order is quality checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is below our quality standard, complaints must be made by email within 10 days of receipt or they will not be considered. Depending on the claim, a photo of the product may be requested. Once we have been able to confirm the defects, we will replace the product or refund your money.

Will the recipient see the item prices I send them?
A delivery note without prices is included in every order. However, for international shipments we are required to provide an approximate customs price.

Will the colours that appear on my screen be exactly the same on my products?
Please note that the display of colours depends on the monitor or mobile phone and may therefore differ slightly from the original.
